To begin with, Man-Spider is a concept that's been done before - especially by the makers themselves for both Animated Series and Comics - but it's still rare to see it done particularly well, and done at all. That said, I do like the way you've made this look like a Cover Page to a proper Comic, you could actually believe that they really had done it based on this image.

The face and the stance are what bring this to life for me. The eyes have that narrowed look to indicate that he's staring down an opponent, while being hunched down slightly with the arms drawn up like that make clear the fact that he's preparing for an attack. The slight saliva coming down from the mouth would have you believe that he's either not quite sane, or just extremely angry - for lack of kinder words.

Finally, the Black & White, lacking in colour. It works for me, adding a sense of dread and foreboding that colour images can have trouble capturing the same way.

there are no real flaws that I can see, other than some very slight anatomy errors in the limbs, and I do mean slight! And the fact that Fan-Art of Man-Spider is very thin on the ground, something that this piece has gone some lengths towards remedying.
